Terms & refunds
Donut Bucks sells in-game money for the Minecraft server DonutSMP. We are an independent shop and are not affiliated with DonutSMP, Mojang or Microsoft.
Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, our bot sends the purchased amount to the username you entered, using the in-game /pay command. You need to be online on DonutSMP to receive it. If you are offline, we keep retrying for 24 hours.
Your username
You are responsible for entering the correct username. Money that the server has already transferred to the username you entered cannot be recovered by us.
Refunds
If we cannot deliver your order (for example, the item is out of stock or our bot cannot reach you within 24 hours), you get a full refund. Once the money has been delivered in-game, the order is final. To request a refund, email support@donutbucks.com with your order link.
Game rules
Trading in-game items for real money may be against the rules of DonutSMP. By buying, you accept this risk. We are not responsible for actions the server staff takes on your account.
